Hacienda Santa María is located in the southwest of Linares, in the old village of Tobaruela, with more than 130 years of history. It has the largest area of organic and biodynamic olive groves in Europe, with more than 1,300 hectares.

Its main mission is quality. They obtain their extra virgin olive oil under the strictest and most rigorous selection process. They choose the best ‘centenary organic olive groves of the sierra’, as well as the best green olives, harvested during the first days of October. The olives are cold-milled below 23ºC, reducing the beating times, which preserves all the aromas and flavours and ensures that the oil maintains a high polyphenol content and all its health benefits due to its antioxidant, heart-healthy and anticarcinogenic properties.

The quality of the extra virgin olive oil produced by Hacienda Santa Maria is endorsed by numerous awards in the world's most important specialised rankings and competitions. In 2024 O.LIVE Ecologic was awarded at the Evooleum Awards as the Best Picual in the World and included in its prestigious Top 10 Best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the World.
