Early harvest, cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Teba (Málaga) from Hojiblanca olives harvested at the end of October.
Intense and high fruitiness with herbaceous nuances reminiscent of olive leaves and artichokes. On the palate, it is an extra virgin olive oil of great complexity and perfectly harmonised with a medium pungency and perfectly balanced with bitterness.
Recommended uses: Especially for use raw on toast, salads, pasta, cheese, vegetables and pickles.

Terraverne has its own olive groves and, therefore, its own production in which they control the entire process meticulously, from the harvesting of the fruit to the final bottling, giving a guarantee of quality and excellence to their oils. The fields are cared for by their partners, who, in little more than an hour, take the olives to the mill so that the fruit is processed and the final result is an extra virgin olive oil of great personality and intensity on the nose and in the mouth.
The Terraverne olive mill is located in Teba, Malaga, at an altitude of 555 metres above sea level. It produces some of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world, according to several of the most prestigious international competitions. Terraverne has the brands 555 and Oliznaga and produces early-harvested, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil from three of Spain's most characteristic varieties: Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca.
