La Capacheta Extra virgin olive oil

Premium extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, sourced from the renowned olive groves of Jaén and certified under the Sierra Mágina Protected Designation of Origin.

La Capacheta offers two distinct ranges of extra virgin olive oil. On the one hand, La Capacheta Premium Early Harvest is produced from green olives harvested during the first few days of the season, in early October, resulting in a very fresh extra virgin olive oil with an intense flavour and a rich aroma. On the other hand, La Capacheta Picual is produced from olives harvested at the veraison stage in November, offering a lighter and more balanced profile.
