Cortijo Garay Olive Oil

Fragrant olive oil with a medium-intensity fruity flavour of green, ripe olives, with hints of artichoke, tomato and apple. This virgin olive oil from Lucena (Córdoba) is a single variety of the Arbequina variety. Its tasting notes are moderately fruity, slightly bitter and slightly spicy. Mayonnaise and Romesco, vegetable vinaigrette, white fish, poultry and other delicately flavoured meats.
