This blend is made up of three exceptional peppers. Harvested at optimum ripeness. Ideal for roasted red meats, sweet and savoury dishes. 

Composition of the blend of 3 peppers:

- White Penja pepper (Cameroon): Harvested at optimum maturity, washed, without pulp, it reveals all its aromas, with fresh, minty notes.

- Black Penja pepper (Cameroon): Harvested before maturity and dried. Powerful and spicy. Minty notes.

- Freeze-dried green pepper (Madagascar): Harvested before ripening. Fresh, lemony aroma. Fresh, spicy notes.
