DESCRIPCTION:
Homemade ratatouille with Los Palacios tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Handmade and slow-cooked according to the traditional recipe. Made with vine-ripened tomatoes.
Preparation: Simmered for 3 and a half hours with local tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables from Los Palacios y Villafranca.
Ingredients:
Natural tomato (55%), courgette, aubergine, onion, green pepper, red pepper, extra virgin olive oil (4.6%), sugar, salt, acidifier: citric acid.
Gluten-free. Lactose-free.
