Extra virgin olive oil produced in the Campo de Calatrava region (Ciudad Real) using olives of the Arbequina variety. It bears the SIQEV seal, which guarantees the highest level of quality for the end consumer.
The olive harvest begins in late October and continues until mid-November. The olives are picked at the optimum stage of ripeness, just before they turn from green to purple, and are then cold-pressed.
Intense green fruitiness, with positive, mild and balanced bitter and spicy notes, as well as fruity and herbaceous aromas and flavours with hints of apple, banana and green herbs. Exquisite, flavourful and complex.
Recommended uses: Fruit salads, bread with tomato, vegetables and vegetable dishes, baked fish, cooked seafood, cheeses, natural yoghurt and pastries.

Olivapalacios S.L. is a family business dedicated to the production and bottling of top-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Its olive groves and oil mill are located in the Campo de Calatrava region of Almagro, in the province of Ciudad Real, considered an olive oil-producing area since time immemorial, on land of volcanic origin that is very rich in nutrients and enjoys an exceptional climate for olive growing.
The two olive varieties, Picual and Arbequina, are grown and harvested in their 300-hectare olive grove and processed in their oil mill.
Since 2009, the company has been innovating, using the most advanced, sustainable and environmentally-friendly technologies at every stage of the production process. What's more, they produce extra-virgin olive oil that is practically handmade, from the care of the olive grove and olives to the bottling process.
