DESCRIPCTION:

Organic extra virgin olive oil of cold extraction from the Sierra de Alcaraz (Albacete). It is a blend obtained from the Arbequina, Picual and Cornicabra varieties.

OLV represents the main attributes of Spanish extra virgin olive oil. It is balanced and possesses the properties of the best organic olive varieties. On the palate it combines the lightness and smoothness of the Arbequina variety with the resistance and body of the Picual variety, added to the flavour and wild character of the Cornicabra.

Recommendations: To preserve all their properties and aromas, keep them in a cool, dry place, away from light.
