Premium extra virgin olive oil from olives of the Hojiblanca variety harvested on the first day of harvesting at the beginning of October. It has a deep green colour and an intense fruity taste and smell.

The nose is balanced and very fruity, with notes of apple, freshly cut green grass, tomato, alloza, aromatic herbs and banana.

In the mouth it is very aromatic and persistent, with a sweet entry that progresses to a medium intensity bitterness and moderate spiciness.

It is a limited edition, so it is usually only available during the first months of harvest.
