Hojiblanco : Intense green olive fruitiness. On the nose a balance between apple, freshly cut green grass, tomato, alloza, aromatic herbs and banana. In the mouth it is very aromatic, persistent, sweet entry with moderate bitter and spicy progress.
Picudo: Medium fruity of green olive with ripe tones, almond, green grass, apple and olive leaf aroma. In the mouth it has a sweet entry, medium spiciness and light bitterness.
