O-MED apple cider vinegar is made from the pressed juice of perfectly ripe apples. O-MED Apple Cider Vinegar combines the best flavour of freshly cut apples with the acidity of cider from northern Spain.
Its acidity is milder than that of wine-based vinegars. It gives off sweet notes.
Recommended for marinades and sauces: It goes particularly well with pork and winter vegetables.
