Early harvest extra virgin olive oil made in Castellar (Jaén) from the centenary native olive grove of the Picual variety. Special 10th Anniversary Edition with bottle and case specially designed for the occasion.
It is distinguished and identified by an immediate sensation of clean, fresh, fruity and herbaceous fragrances. With a great aromatic complexity, this oil evokes the reminiscence of the plants that cohabit in the olive grove, highlighting the olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, tomato and fruity notes such as green banana, apple and green almond. On the palate it is a very balanced oil, with a very pleasant entry, slightly bitter and spicy. Its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.
Recommendations for use: It is a very versatile oil and perfect for all types of meat, fish and seafood, pasta and pizza, condiments and semi-hard cheeses (fouda, porto salute...) and hard cheeses (parmesan, pecorino, etc...).

The oils obtained are "payment oils", coming exclusively from thebest olives from the olive groves of the "Vista Alegre" family farm, located in the heart of the Jaén countryside. Its olive trees enjoy a Mediterranean microclimate, with an abundance of morning sprinkles due to the proximity of the Guadalimar river, which has a very positive influence on its final quality.
