DESCRIPCTION:

The aroma is intensely fruity, with fresh green olives, great complexity and harmony, and fruity notes of apple and banana, with the green almond standing out for its intensity. 

On the palate, it is very smooth, characteristic of the Picuda variety, with hints of almond and grassy notes of green wheat up front.

Notes of green banana, apple, tomato and artichoke are almost imperceptible in the aftertaste, with a very light ardour at the end.

This oil is ideal for rocket salads, oven-roasted artichokes and grilled meats (for a spicy flavour).

VISUAL ANALYSIS

Appearance: filtered oil with a very clean appearance.

Colour: golden yellow.

Production limited to 4,000 kg per harvest.

Harvest: end of October
