Limited edition extra virgin olive oil made in Lora del Río (Seville) with early harvest olives of the Arbequina variety harvested at the end of September.

This cold extraction extra virgin olive oil stands out for its intense green fruitiness with herbaceous and fruity notes, among which green apple, banana and green almond predominate. On the palate it is balanced in bitterness and spiciness.

Food pairing: Ideal for salad dressings, toast, fish and grilled meats.
