Pastel Covadonga is an artisan pâté made in Avilés, Asturias, which combines three emblematic ingredients of Asturian gastronomy: Cabrales cheese, hazelnuts and salmon. This pâté has a smooth, creamy texture and a unique taste that blends the flavours of Cabrales cheese with notes of hazelnut and salmon. 

The ingredients used to make it include fresh and smoked salmon, hazelnuts, Cabrales cheese, tomato, olive oil, hazelnut liqueur, eggs, salt and spices. This pâté is ideal as an aperitif, served with toasted bread, or as a snack. It is made by hand using natural products, and you can buy several units to benefit from a single shipping cost.
