Extra virgin olive oil from Riu de Canyes (Tarragona) is made from the Arbequina olive variety. Olive oil is yellow, green in color and has an aroma reminiscent of fresh grass and apple with a sweet and bitter-spicy flavor.
Escornalbou Gourmet EVOO belongs to the protected designation of origin DOP SIURANA, which, through its Regulatory Council, supervises and subjects the oil to a series of strict controls to guarantee quality and Extra Virgin category.
