Brazil is currently the world's leading producer of Arabica coffee, and its main coffee-growing areas are in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná and Minas Gerais, where the best qualities are produced. It is precisely from this last area, the Cerrado Mineiro, that this coffee comes from. Harvested by the traditional method of peeling, it is a balanced coffee from the best Arabica coffees in Brazil.

Cafés El Criollo S.A. is a family business in Zaragoza with more than 100 years of history, in which they have been discovering the secrets of coffee and passing them on from generation to generation.
The project began as a small grocery and colonial shop in the 19th century in Zaragoza, where they sold all kinds of articles and also green, unroasted coffee. In 1910 they decided to register their coffee brand El Criollo, given the success of their first roasted coffees. Nowadays, they offer a high quality coffee for the hotel and catering and specialised food sector.
