Edmond Fallot white wine vinegar with tarragon - Glass bottle 500 ml
White wine vinegar with tarragon
Edmond Fallot's white wine vinegar with tarragon is made in France according to a traditional formula, using branches of tarragon. Since 1840, Edmond Fallot has been known for producing unique mustards using stone-grinding methods that preserve all the flavours of the paste. Located in Burgundy, a prestigious wine-growing region, the company finds an ideal soil in which to grow mustard. The 500 ml bottle contains white wine vinegar with tarragon, obtained by acetifying white wine with this renowned plant. Its intense, delicious flavour makes it an excellent seasoning for salads, fish, meat and sauces. To preserve its quality, it is advisable to avoid temperature changes.
Moutarderie Fallot has been an independent Burgundy family business since 1840. With its high-performance industrial facilities, it has preserved the know-how of the mustard manufacturer.
To meet the most stringent requirements in terms of quality and food safety, Moutarderie Fallot decided to embark on a certification process in this field.
We have risen to the challenge: our production unit has been certified IFS (International Food Standard).
