Nacelcanto 2022 reflects a vineyard located in a high-altitude pastureland, between 659 and 705 metres above sea level, on raña soils, stony and clayey formations with more than two million years of history.
At Dehesa El Molinillo, the vines face extreme weather conditions, with cold winters, intense summers and a wide temperature range that allows for slow and balanced ripening. The 2022 vintage was the warmest in 25 years and pushed the vines to their limits, concentrating their essence in a wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Touriga Nacional.
Nacelcanto 2022 presents aromas of black fruits, olives and spices, combined with a smoky background. On the palate, it is full-bodied, enveloping and with silky tannins. Aged in French oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, it shows a perfect balance between power and freshness.
Food pairing: This wine pairs perfectly with red and grilled meats, traditional stews and casseroles, mature cheeses and roasted vegetables.
