The nose offers aromas of ripe agave, molasses and pumpkin, as well as lime, lemon, orange and sweet tangerine. There are also notes of grass, anise flower and vanilla.
The palate has a highly mineral attack with flavours of lime, lemon, orange, mint, grass, sweet ripe agave, vanilla and aniseed.
Ideal for cocktails, especially in a margarita, although it can also be drunk on its own for its smooth, citrus flavour.
