This extra virgin olive oil from La Chinata is the juice of olives harvested in the Sierra de Gata region, in the northwest of the province of Cáceres. In this area, they harvest only those olives that have the properties they consider essential to obtain a very high quality extra virgin olive oil. The selected olives are at their optimum ripeness, clean, healthy and without any apparent external defects.
This olive juice is characterised by its intense yellow colour, accompanied by traces of green, as well as by a very dense aroma of ripe fruit and a sweet, balanced flavour, with no noticeable sharpness or bitterness.
