A great and unknown jam with elegant bitter touches. A unique product in which the bitterness of the grapefruit and the characteristic acidity of the lemon are masterfully intertwined.
In this jam you can find the thin slices of grapefruit and lemon intertwined in a combination of sour and bitter notes that delight the palates of those who love bitter touches. Two powerful citrus fruits combined to achieve a genuine flavour.
Made using traditional techniques, it takes several days to prepare, during which time the aim is to achieve the balance of the fruit, as well as its light candied flavour.
A jam whose quality has been rewarded with the Bronze Medal at the World Marmalade Awards 2024 and 2023 held in England.
