Intense, bright green oil with a suspension of plankton. It has a strong expression of the sea in nose and mouth, although there are also other unique and surprising sensations resulting from mixing this marine product with fresh olive juice, giving you green and fruity notes that positively intensify the green algae, iodine, and crustacean blend.
It is very fresh and elegant, with a mild bitterness balanced with a mild spiciness. The flavour is very sweet, balanced with the salty reminders of the sea.
