Red balsamic vinegar made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the Castillo de Canena estate, in the province of Jaén, and acidified by the master vinegar makers of El Majuelo, in Jerez de la Frontera.
In this uniquely designed bottle in opaque white glass, this balsamic vinegar shows a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Cherry red in colour, it has an aroma reminiscent of red and toasted fruits, with saline and iodine notes typical of Jerez de la Frontera.

Castillo de Canena is a distinct and unique company, as it is involved in the whole process of creating extra virgin oils, from the trees and the land to its commercialization. Our olive groves are carefully supervised and cared for in their different annual agricultural tasks. Our olives are selected at the optimum moment for their collection by hand, and be respectfully transferred to our mill. This guarantees the quality of flavors and aromas, supported by facilities already in the process of ISO 22,000 certification.
More than 75 people make up our team; managers, field experts, farmers, masters of oil mills, quality controllers and processes in the mill, economists, management and administration personnel, commercial executives, etc.
