S.C.A. Oleícola Baeza was founded in Baeza in 1995, born out of the initiative of a group of farmers who decided to join forces to produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil in a town that is a World Heritage Site and one of the municipalities with the highest olive oil production in the province of Jaén.

Their philosophy is based on a single principle: directly from the cooperative to your home.

They currently have around 330 members and their facilities, which they continue to modernise and improve every year, have a milling capacity of 10,000,000 kg of olives.

To produce extra virgin olive oil, they follow a meticulous and rigorous process overseen by technicians, both in the fields and at the mill. To this end, they select the finest Picual olives, at their optimum stage of ripeness, and carry out daily milling at the mill.

The milling process is very meticulous and careful, as it is one of the key stages in obtaining olive juice of the highest quality. The process is monitored at all times by specialist technicians.

Finally, the oil is stored in tanks in the cellar, where it retains all its health-promoting and organoleptic properties until bottling. The entire production process is mechanical, meaning that the extra virgin olive oil is obtained without the addition of chemicals, making it a completely natural product.
