DESCRIPCTION:
From the warm lands of Jumilla, amidst limestone soils, emerges the fruit of our viticulturists' efforts.
Under the careful watch of the moon year after year, during the night harvest, they gather the finest clusters of Monastrell, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Numun Selección combines the fruity character and personality of Monastrell with the body, structure, and complexity contributed by Syrah and Petit Verdot. A very long maceration process extracts the aromas and color intensities from the grape varieties used.
Subsequently, the wine undergoes aging in new French oak barrels for eight months, and finally, it is stored in bottles where all the aromas blend together.
