Premium extra virgin olive oil from Manacor (Balearic Islands) of the Arbequina and Picual varieties protected by the Denomination of Origin Oli de Mallorca.
Extra virgin olive oil with a greenish-yellow colour with a good tonality. It is very aromatic, reminiscent of mastic trees, artichoke and chicory, with green pistachios and mint leaves in the background.
On the palate there are very pleasant bitter sensations and subtle spicy sensations, resulting in a fresh and delicate oil.

The Aubocassa estate (Albocasser) is located in Mallorca, specifically in the municipality of Manacor, in the east of the island, and is one of the few places where the flavour of agrarian Mallorca has been able to endure over time. There, the small church of the estate has witnessed its evolution and presides, together with its two cypress trees, over the resurgence of the olive groves and an unsuspected oil. The soils are limestone, made up of a layer of horizontal slabs with accumulations of fertile clays between them.
Two oils are produced on the Aubocassa estate: Aubocassa and L'Amo. Aubocassa extra virgin olive oil is made only with olives of the Arbequina variety, while L'Amo extra virgin olive oil is made with olives of the Arbequina and Picual varieties.
