This extra virgin olive oil from Priego de Córdoba (Córdoba) is a single varietal of the Arbequina variety.
On the nose it is very complex fruity, leading you to perceive the intense aromas of grass, camomile, banana and citrus. Initially it has a sweet and almondy touch. It presents a perfect harmony of bitterness and spiciness. It is a complex and persistent oil.
Food pairings: Perfect for white fish, chicken, salads and the most delicate vegetables. It is ideal for preparing desserts and fruit salads.
