The nose reveals a highly intense green fruitiness, with fresh, herbaceous aromas reminiscent of green leaves, freshly cut grass and artichoke. There are also notes of aromatic herbs, such as basil and oregano, and balsamic and fruity aromas reminiscent of tomato plants, green banana peel and green apples. On the palate, this oil is characterised by a robust, slightly bitter and spicy flavour with extraordinary complexity.

Food pairing: Ideal oil for dressings, salads, toast, pasta, red meat, fish and roasted vegetables.
