555 Arbequina has a green olive aroma with a balanced profile and several sweet notes. It shows a moderately intense fruity flavour, with green apple, unripe banana, and grassy aromas standing out, and even a mixed fruit medley on the first whiff.
It has a sweet entry on the palate, confirming the sense upon the nose, with a pleasant but intense bitterness and spiciness. With its clean entry, there is a note of fruit medley with a touch of green (apple, banana), green almond, and other less common tones, such as citrus. Very harmonious, elegant, and surprising.
Recommended uses: Raw for toast or salads and also for baking and for making mild-flavoured sauces.
Terraverne has its own olive groves and, therefore, its own production in which they control the entire process meticulously, from the harvesting of the fruit to the final bottling, giving a guarantee of quality and excellence to their oils.
