Pink Ruby is an early harvest premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Hojiblanca variety. It comes in a 500 ml bottle in the shape of an Ruby cut diamond.

The nose is characterised by a wide range of aromas, including green apple, green banana, green almond, freshly cut grass, green olive, tomato and artichoke. In the mouth it is intense with spicy and bitter nuances in a balanced way.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is recommended to be consumed with cheese, salads, red meat, garlic, onion, pepper and in desserts with citrus fruits or chocolate.
