Extra virgin olive oil of early harvest and cold extraction produced in Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real) with olives of the Cornicabra variety.
It has a medium-high green fruitiness on the nose, with aromas of tomato and almond and notable notes of grass, olive leaf, apple and artichoke. It culminates with a fresh hint of wild flowers. Oh the palate it is an oil with a light-medium bitterness and a pleasant medium intensity spiciness.
Food pairing: It is perfect with red meats, fish and seafood with intense flavours, toasts, salads, pasta dishes, sautéed and steamed vegetables or chocolate.
