Wilkin & Sons Tiptree Mermelada de Ciruela Roja is a jam made by Wilkin & Sons, based in Tiptree, Essex. This jam is famous for its sweet flavour and distinctive reddish-brown colour, made from Victoria plums grown on Tiptree Farm.
The jam is made from carefully selected fruit and cooked in small batches in traditional copper pans to preserve the artisan quality. Wilkin & Sons has a long tradition of producing high quality jams since 1885, using traditional recipes with no artificial colours or flavours.
Ingredients: Sugar, Victoria plums, gelling agent (lemon pectin), acidity regulator (sodium citrate).
