DESCRIPCTION:
A selection of Tiptree jams in a stylish tin.
Popular flavours include apricot, strawberry, orange, blackcurrant and tawny orange. The ingredients vary for each jam, but they all contain sugar and fruit.
Some additional ingredients include a citric acid-based acidity regulator, a citrus pectin-based gelling agent and a sodium citrate-based acidity regulator for blackcurrant jam.
The jams are prepared with different percentages of fruit, ranging from 38g to 70g per 100g of jam. The total sugar content of each jam is 67g per 100g. There are no known allergens in these jams. ç
This selection of jams is recommended for storage and can be used as a tasty and convenient gift.
