Wilkin & Sons Ltd is a company renowned for producing high quality jams for over a century.
Their Tiptree Artisan Ginger Jam is particularly popular as it is made from fresh fruit with no added preservatives or colourings.
The jam has an intense, spicy flavour thanks to the use of fresh Australian ginger. The texture is deliciously smooth, with small pieces of tender fruit. As well as being an excellent accompaniment to breakfast, this jam can be used to flavour savoury dishes such as meat, vegetables and seafood, as well as enhancing the flavour of cakes and biscuits.
Another advantage of this jam is that it contains 30% less sugar than traditional Tiptree jam. To ensure the quality of their products, the fruit used to make the jam is grown in Wilkin & Sons' own fields or in collaboration with reputable local producers. The main ingredients in this jam are sugar, ginger and pectin as a gelling agent.

Habe hier meine schottische Marmelade bekommen, die mir mein bisheriger Anbieter nicht mehr liefern kann. Bis auf die hohen Versandkosten von Spanien nach Deutschland alles top und zu empfehlen.
