DESCRIPCTION:
This popular marmalade is made from the delicate peel of the Seville orange, offering a medium sweetness and rich flavour. It contains no allergens. Made from Seville bitter oranges, this marmalade combines the quality of fresh fruit from southern Spain with Triptree's traditional marmalade making expertise.
Triptree, which has been making artisan jams and sauces since 1880, is a supplier to the British Royal Family and is world renowned for the quality of its products.
The dark colour and tangy flavour of this marmalade comes from cooking whole oranges with sugar, followed by an overnight cooling period. It is the most bitter marmalade in the Tiptree range.
