Coupage Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Cornezuelo, Royal and Picual varieties produced in Jaén. This is an Organic EVOO of the highest quality, mechanically extracted, harvested early and by hand in very cold conditions in the province of Granada, at an altitude of 1,000 metres, which gives it a very special character.
Intense green fruitiness and high green olive oil content. The nose is complex, with tones of green apple, present in all three varieties, as well as green banana, olive leaf and the characteristic astringency of artichoke, balanced by the elegance of exotic floral nuances. Harmonious, exuberant and surprising.
The palate is clean and fluid, yet intense. The exuberance and exoticism of its floral nuances are much more perceptible on the palate, although the finish is elegantly marked by bitterness and a certain very pleasant ardour with a slight persistence.
This oil is harmonious, balanced and very unusual.
Food pairing: bread, cheese, salads with nuts and dried fruit.
Supremo is the result of the efforts of two entrepreneurs: Andrés García and Alberto Molinero. It was born with a common dream: to offer, from the world capital of olive oil, Jaén, an oil capable of breaking into the incipient quality market.
