This is a singular variety that is quite complex on the nose, with tones of green apple, green banana, olive leaf and the peculiar astringency of the artichoke balanced with the elegance of the floral nuances. On the palate it is a harmonious and exuberant oil, with a sweet entry and bitter tones.
