DESCRIPCTION:
Bomba rice. Rice from the Japonica family with round, pearly grains.
It is considered by experts to be of extraordinary culinary quality thanks to its chemical composition, with a perfect proportion of amylose and amylopectin, and its high absorption capacity.
It has been grown for generations in the ecological environment of the Albufera Natural Park (Spain).
During cooking, it undergoes an accordion effect which allows it to absorb a lot of flavour while remaining whole and detached.
Recommendations for use: Recommended for Mediterranean cuisine, especially paella.
Four parts water to one part rice.
Cooking time approx. 18 minutes.
