An oil of exceptional quality obtained from selected green olives from Organic Farming, picked by hand in October in crates so as not to suffer any damage from trampling, contact with the soil or anything else that might alter the quality that can come from the tree itself until it is ground. It is ground within two hours.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil of impeccable first quality, with fruity and nutty aromas, particularly almond, and a radiant organoleptic assessment.
This oil can be eaten raw, on toast or fruit salads, and is perfect for confectionery.
The product is also CAAE certified and contains no pesticides or herbicides.
