San Nicasio crisps are famous for their main ingredient, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Priego de Córdoba region, reputed to be one of the best in the world.
These crisps are produced in limited editions, under the supervision of Rafael del Rosal, to guarantee maximum quality. The bag, with its protective atmosphere, preserves the freshness of the ingredients and extends the product's shelf life.
San Nicasio crisps, made from the non-genetically modified Spanish variety ‘agria’, are popular in shops, delicatessens, hotels and haute cuisine.
They offer a natural, original and long-lasting taste, thanks to their energetic composition. The use of 100% extra virgin olive oil gives the crisps all the health benefits of this oil, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and vitamins A, D, E and K. Pink Himalayan salt, low in sodium and rich in minerals, adds a unique touch without saturating the flavour of the product.
