Long pasta made of durum wheat semolina.
Product information

| Variety | Linguine |
| Capacity | 500 gr |
| Region | Italy |
The same length as spaghetti but rectangular in shape, linguini are one of the classic shapes in the Rustichella d'Abruzzo range.
Traditionally seasoned with pesto and sponge cake, linguini also go well with other fish or seafood sauces.
Bronze stretching and low temperature drying make the texture of this shape ideal for fish-based condiments such as seafood, prawns and courgettes, or Rustichella d'Abruzzo's ‘pesto alla Genovese’.
Recommended cooking time: 9 to 11 minutes.
Rustichella d'Abruzzo was founded in 1924 in Penne, a small Italian town in the province of Pescara, under the name Pastificio Gaetano Sergiacomo, and today is the artisan pasta brand used by the world's top chefs.
