DESCRIPCTION:
The ‘orzo’ pasta has a shape similar to barley grains. They are perfect for preparing pasta soups, vegetable soups or even original pasta salads.
The recommended cooking time is 6 to 8 minutes.
You only need wheat semolina and water.
This pasta is ideal for adding to legume and vegetable dishes. It can also be used in cold salads with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and Rustichella d'Abruzzo extra virgin olive oil flavoured with porcini mushrooms.
