DESCRIPCTION:
These preserves are prepared using traditional methods, with the scallops gutted and shelled by hand, and accompanied by a natural stock to preserve their original flavour. They are rich in vitamins A and B, as well as minerals such as iron, phosphorus, sodium, zinc and iodine. Each tin contains 85 grams of preserved scallops.
The scallops used come mainly from the Arousa estuary, a region known for its production of this mollusc. The brand buys the Zamburiñas at the Cambados fish markets, in order to obtain high-quality specimens in terms of size and flavour.
Ingredients: Scallops, olive oil, onion, tomato, spices and salt.
