The clams from the Rias Gallegas are carefully selected and bought from the best fish markets in Galicia, to guarantee maximum quality.
They are purified in seawater and cleaned by hand, one by one, to remove the gills and sand. Once cleaned, they are packed by hand and impeccably presented in a tin.
Clams are considered to be the jewels of the canning industry, and are highly prized both nationally and internationally for their intense flavour and firm texture. Moreover, they can be used in a wide variety of culinary preparations, from a simple appetizer to haute cuisine.
