Nose: powerful and very aromatic. Green and ripe notes. The green notes are both herbaceous and leafy.
Palate: smooth entry with herbaceous notes. Astringent. Bitter on entry, but persistent. Then ardency appears to join the two. Persistent fruitiness on the palate.
Serving suggestions: ideal for eating raw, in salads, on toast or as an accompaniment to all dishes.
