Product made with organic extra virgin olive oil produced in the province of Jaén with early olives of the Picual variety. Protected under the Sierra Mágina PDO and endorsed with the Degusta Jaén ‘Etiqueta Negra’ and ‘Etiqueta ECO’ quality seals.
Food pairing: This jam is surprisingly versatile. Try it with toasted bread, cheeses, yoghurt, quince jelly, meats, sauces or even as a syrup on ice cream.
