DESCRIPCTION:
Parqueoliva Vinagre de Vino DOP Jerez is an artisan wine vinegar made using a natural, traditional process. The wine is sulphated and then undergoes a double bacterial fermentation of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid. Final maturation takes place in wooden barrels for at least 6 months.
This vinegar is linked to wine production in the Jerez region. It is made from alcohol-free must or wines that have been organically aged for at least two years. The flavour of this vinegar is more pronounced than that of normal wine. It is certified by the Junta de Andalucía and protected by the Vinagre de Jerez designation of origin.
The vinegar has a dark mahogany colour and generous aromas, with notable woody notes. It is made from grapes from the Marco de Jerez region and the Manzanilla variety from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It offers a successful blend of fresh, fruity aromas with sweet and acidic flavours.
We recommend using it with salads, salmorejos, meats or blue fish.
