Sardina Pilchardus is a premium fish with numerous nutrients and benefits due to its status as an oily fish. Canned sardines are rich in unsaturated fats, vitamins, calcium, iron and iodine; helping to reduce cholesterol, strengthening the immune system and promoting muscle, bone and dental development.
Olmeda Orígenes sardines are cleaned and packed by hand, one by one, after being lightly toasted. Finally, they are preserved in top quality olive oil.
