Oliznaga is an extra virgin olive oil produced in Teba (Málaga) at the end of October and beginning of November, using carefully selected Hojiblanca and Picual olives from the Guadalteba region when they are in perfect ripening.
Its aroma is frank and intense, with a strong aroma of tomato, bitter green almonds and hints of ripe fruit. On the palate, it glides along, unctuous, fluid, soft, with plenty of personality, marking those tones of almond and wheat. An explosive finish with spicy tones brings this olive oil to a close with a long, intense finish.
Recommendations for use: Use uncooked (salads, toast or as a finishing touch to dishes) and also in stews or fried dishes.
